2 days ago, there was a fasting period.
There were also some energy transfers. This fasting is to optimalize the energy and clean the aura.

There were several meditation exercises the people could do during the day.

One day later, ze got a lot of theory. We had a very intensive course of a couple of hours with explanations of many techniques.
One of the weirdest things was maybe how to catch a living cobra snake.
In the afternoon there were some physical exercises were we could practice the technique for energetic self defense.

Energy Healing and Temple Visits

Today the students learned about Prana therapy.
It is a system for healing that has integrated a lot of knowledge.
The students could practice on each other.
The practical application is much more important than the pure logical understanding.

In the afternoon we went to Uluwatu, one of the biggest temples in Bali. We were all wearing traditional Balinese costumes. In the temple we received a short ceremony in a part that is normally not accessible by tourists. We could enter because our spiritual goals and traditional clothing.

From there we went to a temple in a cave near the sea. Tourist can not get to this temple. It has a very strong energy. It is full with bats. We received a ritual there to help us make our power more strong. We had a meditation with on the background the natural sounds of the bats and the waves of the sea.

A bit of an early rise today…
There was some action of the city against the musquitos. They came spraying some poison around in the houses…
Time to go and train outside!

So at 6 AM we left for the beach to collect the energy of the sun and from water. Fire and water, yin and yang.
Several people start to notice that they are getting more sensitive for the energy and some notice the energetic processes going on in their body.

In the afternoon there was some more training for some special therapy forms.
This was followed by a special meditation to raise our energy a bit. After which we could do the next experiment… pouring 100 % pure HCl acid over the naked skin. Not one person was hurt.

After the break, the students received some special energetic training with physical movements and breathing techniques. This is some more advanced spiritual training. It was followed by a meditation during which the teacher transfered energy to all the students.

At the end, my frinds here were allowed to get a taste from a special therapy, during which they loose consciousness for a short time. Not everyone had it easy with letting go of control in such a drastic way.

Today was the second day of training.
We started the morning with collecting the psychic energy from several natural sources through special breathing excercises for cultivating the energy.

When you learn how to work with energy, the practical application is very important.
This we find in the energy therapy classes during our training.
For the therapy that was taught today… the student let 220v electricity go through his body. This electricity can then be transferred for healing purposes.

Later today there was a special meditation to balance the chakras. After which the students could experience their new found power by eating the glass of a lamp without any physical harm.

Then there was some physical training to build up strong energy. After that the Balinese demonstrated how this power can be used to defend oneself without the need for physical contact.

In the night there was training to train the sensitivity for energy. This will be used in therapy to detect problems.

Pfew a very full pro gramme…
